Biphasic makeup remover is a cosmetic product that contains two phases, an oily phase and an aqueous phase, and is used to remove makeup from the skin. Bi-phase cleansers provide two steps in one product—an aqueous and an oily phase. When you shake the bottle, the water and oil mix to create an effective cleanser that will even get rid of waterproof makeup.

How to Use:

Shake well before using. Moisten a cotton ball and apply gently on the eyelids, around the eyes and on the lips.
